Introduction

The Winmate industrial-grade DDR3L wide-temperature SO-DIMM memory modules are able to operate in harsh environments from -40ºC to 85ºC, and offer high speeds up to 1600 MT/s – making them ideal for automation, transportation, networking, in-vehicle, telecom, surveillance applications and more. In addition, the DDR3L wide-temperature SO-DIMM memory modules operate on 1.35V merely for higher power efficiency. All Winmate industrial-grade memory modules fully meet the strict JEDEC and RoHS standards, ensuring great compatibility, stability, and environmentally friendly products.
