Winmate’s product design and development capabilities cover the entire product lifecycle — from concept and engineering to validation and production. Rapid Prototyping and Design Validation
To shorten time-to-market, Winmate maintains a complete prototyping and verification system, supporting 3D printing, CNC machining, quick-turn PCB assembly, and soft tooling for small-batch builds.
Our engineers follow a structured validation approach — EVT (Engineering Validation Test), DVT (Design Validation Test), and PVT (Production Validation Test) — to confirm that every product meets function, performance, and reliability requirements before volume manufacturing.
Each prototype undergoes rigorous testing, including functionality, thermal and vibration tests, EMC/ESD compliance, and lifecycle reliability testing. Our R&D verification ensures all designs meet international standards such as CE, FCC, UL, and RoHS, enabling Winmate to achieve a “first-time-right” design approach that minimizes rework and accelerates deployment.
