Winmate’s SMT factory is equipped with three complete SMT lines, each designed for 24/7 high-efficiency operation and capable of producing both low- and high-volume builds.

Each line includes:

Automatic Solder Paste Printers with 3D paste inspection
High-speed Pick-and-Place Machines with ±25 μm accuracy
Multi-Zone Reflow Ovens with real-time temperature monitoring
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) for 100% post-reflow inspection
Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) before component placement

This setup enables Winmate to achieve exceptional placement accuracy, stable yield rates, and consistent solder quality, even for ultra-fine-pitch ICs and BGA packages.

Precision Assembly Beyond SMT

DIP and Mixed-Technology Assembly

For products requiring both surface-mount and through-hole components, Winmate operates DIP assembly lines equipped with:

Wave soldering systems
Selective soldering equipment for hybrid boards
Automated fluxing and preheat control
Post-solder AOI and X-ray validation

System Integration and Mechanical Assembly

After SMT and DIP assembly, PCBs are transferred to system integration lines for installation into enclosures, displays, and mechanical assemblies.

Multi-Stage Quality Verification

Every SMT process step includes inspection checkpoints to ensure zero-defect output:

SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) – verifies paste height, area, and volume.
AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) – detects component alignment, polarity, and solder defects.
X-ray Inspection – checks BGA, QFN, and hidden joints.

MES Integration for Real-Time Traceability

Our SMT factory is integrated with the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), linking all process data — from solder profiles and component lot numbers to operator ID and production time stamps.

To guarantee stable production conditions, our SMT facilities are equipped with:
