Background

Sealed to IP65 Winmate’s 15-inch stainless panel PC was deployed as a machine controller at the production line in industrial bakery facility. At industrial scale efficiency is largely dependent on how the facility is designed. Together with the smart stainless control panel and ergonomic design, the conveyor offers excellent results, helps to control production process according to operator settings. It offers a complete touch screen control enabling to monitor and manage whole production line process.

    Food industry sets high hygiene standards to any equipment installed in the factory floor. All units are subject to every day cleaning with water and other industrial cleaning agents.

  • Anti-corrosion SUS 304 stainless steel

    Devices in the food production facilities must be made of non-corrosive materials such as SUS 304 stainless steel that is widely known for corrosion resistance.
